Per Mari is a tribute to Sicily, to that piece of Mediterranean land that by seas has donated traditions and cultures from which new crops have come. A pure expression of Sicily's flagship white grape,

Grillo, grown near the Biviere Lake of Gela—Sicily’s largest salt lake. The unique microclimate and saline breeze infuse this wine with a distinctive Mediterranean character.

On the appearance, It shows a bright and luminous straw yellow colour with elegant golden

reflections that dance in the glass.

On the nose, it is fresh and intensely aromatic. It opens with white spring flowers (jasmine) and evolves into vibrant notes of citrus zest, white peach, and a hint of tropical pineapple, all tied together by a distinct Mediterranean mineral breeze.

On the palate, It is sharp, fresh, and incredibly sapid. The acidity is perfectly integrated with a smooth, enveloping texture. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a refreshing saline trail and a classic, delicate almond note.

Food combination: Perfect with raw fish, oysters, grilled shellfish, and seafood risotto.

Try it with seasonal vegetable tempura or asparagus-based dishes. It goes well also with white meats dishes.
